Salah Services provides consultancy and service-based solutions. Refund requests are reviewed according to service type, membership plan and usage status.
Refund may be considered if:
• Payment was deducted multiple times.
• Service was not delivered by our side.
• Technical issue caused failed service activation.
• Wrong payment processing occurred.
The following are generally non-refundable:
• Completed consultancy services.
• Membership activation charges.
• Digital services already delivered.
• Downloadable or personalized services.
Approved refunds may take 7 to 15 working days depending on banking and payment gateway process.
Users must contact Salah Services Support Team with payment proof, transaction ID and issue details for refund verification.
Fraudulent refund requests or misuse of services may result in permanent account suspension and legal action if necessary.
